A fire broke out at a garment factory in the industrial area of district Ganderbal on Thursday evening.
Several locals gathered at the spot and helped fire tenders to doze off the fire. Further details awaited. Earlier, in August, a fire broke out in the attic portion of a hotel near Abdullah Bridge in Srinagar. A firefighting operation was launched, and no life was lost in the incident, assistant director fire services Aqib Hussain Mir told ANI. (ANI)
