Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Secretary and MP Bansuri Swaraj has stated that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders like Sanjay Singh and Manish Sisodia continuously allege that the BJP is misusing central investigation agencies like the ED and CBI, but fail to provide a single instance where a court of law has upheld these allegations against the agencies.

MP Bansuri Swaraj said, "Whether it's Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal, or Sanjay Singh and Manish Sisodia, they are all out on bail granted under strict conditions."

"Sanjay Singh and Manish Sisodia keep claiming that the BJP is trying to break their party, but they did not present this argument in court. In the courtroom, from Arvind Kejriwal to Vijay Nayyar, they sought and were granted bail on personal liberty grounds as the trial had not yet started. The bail conditions included bonds of Rs 20 lakhs and restrictions on entering their offices," said Swaraj.

"If Sanjay Singh and Sisodia believe that the ED and CBI are being misused, they should have proven this in at least one case," she added.

Swaraj also pointed out that AAP leaders frequently claim their homes have been raided without yielding any incriminating evidence. She questioned why, if the investigation agencies have no case against them, the AAP leaders have not had their cases quashed in court, opting instead to seek bail.

"If the AAP leaders believe the ED raids on Sanjiv Arora's establishments are politically motivated, they should take the matter to court and prove their claims rather than holding press conferences. Sanjay Singh and Manish Sisodia must also remember that one of the bail conditions is that they are not to comment on the liquor scam cases, yet they continue to do so," she added. (ANI)
