Aam Aadmi Party leader Dilip Pandey on Saturday alleged that the Bharatiya Janata Party is misusing central agencies including the Enforcement Directorate and Central Bureau of Investigation by filing "baseless fake" cases against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
