New Delhi [India], April 6: Igniting Minds Organisation (IMO), a Section 8 non-profit inspired by the vision of A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, continues to elevate India's environmental movement on the world stage as environmental leader Joginapally Santosh Kumar--Chairman of IMO and Founder of the Green India Challenge--has been nominated for a prestigious honour at the upcoming World Leaders Conclave & Awards. Scheduled for April 17, 2026, the event will be hosted at the iconic House of Lords, British Parliament, bringing together global changemakers and sustainability leaders.

Organised by Heylin Spark Strategics UK Ltd, the conclave is designed to recognise individuals and initiatives driving meaningful impact in sustainability, climate action, and inclusive growth. The nomination not only highlights individual leadership but also reflects the growing influence of organisations like Igniting Minds Organisation in shaping people-driven environmental change.

At the core of this recognition lies IMO's consistent effort to amplify grassroots participation in environmental sustainability. Through its association with transformative initiatives such as the Green India Challenge and the "Hara Hai Toh Bhara Hai" movement, the organisation has contributed to building a nationwide culture of ecological responsibility. These campaigns have inspired millions of individuals--from students and youth to farmers and institutions--to actively participate in afforestation and climate-conscious practices.

Speaking on the development, Igniting Minds Organisation stated, "This nomination is a testament to the collective efforts of citizens and communities who believe in sustainable living. Inspired by the ideals of A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, we continue to focus on empowering individuals to become active contributors to environmental conservation."

IMO's approach combines awareness, action, and collaboration. By integrating large-scale plantation drives with community engagement and strategic partnerships, the organisation has successfully created long-term environmental impact while fostering a sense of shared responsibility. Its initiatives are not only increasing green cover but are also shaping behavioural change, encouraging individuals to adopt sustainable practices in their daily lives.

The World Leaders Conclave & Awards will spotlight global leaders and innovators working toward a more sustainable and inclusive future. This nomination further reinforces India's position as a key contributor to global environmental solutions, particularly through citizen-led movements that demonstrate the power of collective action.

Igniting Minds Organisation has also extended an open invitation to governments, institutions, media, and civil society to support and amplify such initiatives. The organisation believes that continued collaboration and awareness are essential to addressing climate challenges and ensuring a greener, more resilient future for generations to come.
