Bhubaneswar (Odisha) [India], February 5: Helious Tech Solutions, an AI-driven industrial automation company, announced the launch of its Smart Store - RFID-enabled Warehouse Management System (WMS) at the Central Store Warehouse in Angul, Odisha. The system was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Mr. Naveen Jindal, Chairman of Jindal Steel. This launch marks a major milestone in Helious Tech Solutions' efforts to build smart, secure, and digitally connected industrial operations.

The Smart Store WMS is designed for large industrial warehouses that face challenges such as material losses, manual processes, slow inventory reconciliation, and limited real-time visibility. By using RFID automation and deep ERP integration, the system digitises warehouse operations from material receipt to dispatch. This ensures accuracy, traceability, and better operational control at every stage.

The RFID-enabled Smart Store supports key warehouse functions, including faster inventory reconciliation, automatic Goods Receipt Note (Auto GRN) processing, pickup, putaway, transfer posting, and material reservation. Because the system is fully integrated with ERP platforms, every physical movement of material is updated in the system in real time. This removes manual errors and reduces reconciliation delays.

The solution delivers clear operational benefits. These include zero material losses, faster turnaround times, and real-time inventory visibility across bins and stores. RFID portal gates control and authenticate material movement, preventing unauthorised transfers and improving warehouse security. The platform is scalable and can connect multiple stores across a plant or an entire group under one unified warehouse management system.

Speaking about the launch, Mr. Sidakpreet Singh Batra, Founder and CEO of Helious Tech Solutions, said, "The Smart Store reflects our focus on building automation solutions that are practical, scalable, and suitable for real industrial environments. It creates a strong foundation for future-ready warehouses powered by data, accuracy, and intelligent control."

The Smart Store was developed under the guidance of Mr. Surmit Bhui, Chief Technology Officer, Helious Tech Solutions, and delivered by an experienced engineering team. The system has been built to be robust, secure, and flexible, making it suitable for complex industrial warehouse operations.

With this launch, Helious Tech Solutions continues to expand its portfolio of AI-powered solutions across warehouse management, logistics automation, access control, and industrial digitisation. The company aims to support organisations in achieving higher efficiency, improved security, and more sustainable, digitally enabled operations.
