Indo American Chamber of Commerce North India Council Announces the 21st Indo-US Economic Summit

New Delhi [India], September 20: The Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) North India Council announces the 21st Indo-US Economic Summit, set to take place on September 24, 2024, at Hotel, The Lalit, New Delhi. Titled "Building Bridges, Shaping Futures: Pioneering Pathways for 21st Century Growth," this summit will bring together key dignitaries from India and the United States to engage in meaningful discussions on critical economic, environmental, and social issues shaping the future of bilateral relations.

The summit will host influential figures, including Minister for Road Transport & Highways, Nitin Jairam Gadkari; Minister for Food Processing Industries Chirag Paswan; Awanish Kumar Awasthi, IAS (Retd), Advisor to the Chief Minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh; Dr Sudhanshu, Secretary, Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA); Suman Billa, Additional Secretary Ministry of Tourism, Govt of India. Their participation highlights the significance of this platform in reinforcing Indo-US cooperation and addressing the shared goals of sustainable economic development and growth.

A variety of sessions have been curated to focus on sectors crucial to both nations. Among the prominent topics of discussion are Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, with a focus on addressing climate change, as well as the future of healthcare and innovations within the sector. The summit will also delve into the agro and food processing industries, offering a vision for the future of Indo-US economic collaboration in these vital areas. In addition, the event will explore resilience and risk management in banking, financial services, and insurance, alongside strategies for balancing growth, evolving customer expectations, and sustainability in travel, tourism, and hospitality.
