Godrej Capital has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the 2nd consecutive year

MUMBAI, India, Feb. 7, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Godrej Capital, the financial services arm of Godrej Group, has been certified by Great Place to Work for the second year in a row with a higher Trust Index score of 87%, which was arrived at via the process of an anonymous employee survey that was administered in December 2022.

This certification by Great Place to Work is a testimony of Godrej Capital's unequivocal focus on capability building, offering growth to internal talent, the resolve to build a truly diverse workplace, and some significant policies for women employees to ensure everyone thrives and grows to their potential.
