The event commenced at 6:00 AM at Namo Ghat with a meditation session led by Nivedita Shreyans, Director, Youth Affairs, Heartfulness Institute, Kanha Shantivanam, Hyderabad, highlighting the importance of mental well-being alongside physical fitness in leading a healthy life.

A vibrant Kathak performance and a high-energy Zumba session followed, bringing together cultural expression, movement and community participation to promote holistic well-being.

Reinforcing the importance of a drug-free society, the Minister and participants took the Nasha Mukt Bharat pledge, reaffirming their collective resolve to combat substance abuse and build a drug-free generation.

Following the address, Mandaviya led the cycle rally from Namo Ghat to Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, carrying the message of Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat across the streets of Varanasi.

The event also celebrated Indias sporting achievements with the felicitation of distinguished medallists from the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games.
