In the men's 50kg category, Vishvanath Suresh produced a dominant display to claim a 5-0 unanimous decision win over Bekzat Ergeshov (Kyrgyzstan), showcasing sharp technique and ring control throughout the contest. He will next face Kazakhstan's Sanzhar Tashkenbay, a formidable opponent who comes in as the reigning World Champion (2025) and a World Cup winner (2025), setting up a highly anticipated clash.
