Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare Jagat Prakash Nadda extended his heartfelt wishes to people on the occasion of Mahanavami during Shardiya Navratri, offering prayers to Goddess Siddhidatri, the ninth form of Goddess Durga, for happiness, prosperity, wisdom and the fulfilment of everyone's aspirations.

In a post on X, JP Nadda offered prayers to Maa Siddhidatri and sought her blessings for the well-being of the people and a brighter future for all.

Sharing his greetings, Nadda wrote, On this sacred ninth day of Shardiya Navratri, I offer millions of salutations at the lotus feet of Mother Durga in her form as Siddhidatri. I pray to Mother Siddhidatri, the symbol of knowledge, for a life of happiness and a bright future for all.

He also extended his greetings to fellow citizens on the auspicious occasion of Mahanavami, concluding his message with the devotional invocation, Jai Mata Di!

Nadda's message highlighted the spiritual significance of the ninth day of Navratri, which is dedicated to Goddess Siddhidatri, worshipped as the bestower of siddhis, or spiritual accomplishments.

Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also conveyed his Mahanavami greetings through a post on X, invoking the blessings of Maa Siddhidatri for the prosperity, happiness and well-being of people.

In his message, Adityanath wrote, On the sacred occasion of Mahanavami during Shardiya Navratri, crores and crores of obeisances at the feet of the ninth form of Navadurga, Mother Siddhidatri.

Praying for the fulfilment of people's aspirations, the Chief Minister said, May the blessings of Mother Siddhidatri, the presiding deity of all accomplishments, fulfil everyone's resolves; may happiness, prosperity, and noble wisdom dwell in life; and may the path to universal welfare be paved.

Adityanath also shared a devotional verse describing Goddess Siddhidatri as the divine figure worshipped by Siddhas, Gandharvas, Yakshas, Asuras and immortals, seeking her continued blessings for devotees.

Both leaders' messages reflected the religious significance of Mahanavami, the ninth day of the Navratri festival, when devotees worship Goddess Durga in her Siddhidatri form and pray for spiritual growth, peace, prosperity and success. (ANI)
