As Delhi revels in Holi celebrations, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast light rain and thunderstorms across most parts of the city. The unexpected drizzle may add a refreshing twist to the festival of colours, bringing a cool respite amid the revelry and rising temperatures.
