The Save Youth Save Future Foundation successfully hosted Raabta-e-Awaam, an event aimed at fostering peace, prosperity, and unity in Kashmir through the power of education and social innovation.
The event, held at Dak Bungalow in Baramulla, was graced by Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha, who served as the Chief Guest. The programme, which was hosted by Anika Nazir, saw the participation of key dignitaries, including the Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Biduri; IGP Kashmir, V.K. Birdi; DC Baramulla, Minga Sherpa; DIG North Kashmir, Maqsood ul Zaman; SSP Baramulla, Mohammad Zaid; Chairman of the Save Youth Save Future Foundation, Wajahat Farooq Bhat; and Zonal President of the Foundation, Mudasir Ahmed Dar. The event emphasized the crucial role of education, women's empowerment, and community-driven initiatives in building a resilient and peaceful Kashmir. During the event, the Lieutenant Governor interacted with local achievers, educators, civil society members, and student representatives. He reaffirmed the government's commitment to supporting initiatives that uplift and empower the youth of the region. In his keynote address, Manoj Sinha stressed the importance of unity, resilience, and sustainable growth, underscoring the administration's commitment to fostering long-term development in Jammu and Kashmir. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Wajahat Farooq Bhat, Chairman of the Foundation, marking a significant day dedicated to advancing a shared vision for a peaceful and prosperous Kashmir.
