Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 15: The Maharashtra Muay Thai Association officially installed its newly elected Executive Committee at a ceremony held at Payyade International Hotel, Kandivali West, Mumbai. The event marked the beginning of a new chapter for the IOC-recognized combat sport in Maharashtra and was attended by athletes, coaches, officials, dignitaries and members of the media. Mr. Dinesh Shetty was appointed as the President of the Maharashtra Muay Thai Association, while Mr. Balkrishna Shetty, a pioneer of Muay Thai in India, assumed the role of Secretary.
