The company has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with BSE & NSE in preparation for the IPO. The issue size will be of upto 2,70,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of 10 each. As Monomark Engineering (India) Limited moves forward with its IPO plans, the funds raised will be used in funding the incremental working capital requirements and it will flow directly into the company's operations.
