New Delhi [India], March 31: In an industry where gemstone enhancement through heat treatment and alteration is widely accepted, Khanna Gems has built its identity on a contrasting philosophy--preserving the natural integrity of stones.

The foundation of this belief dates back to 1985, when Pankaj Khanna, then a young man, stepped away from conventional ambitions and travelled to the Garhwal Himalayas. There, he met a 100-year-old guru who possessed deep knowledge of astrology, tantra, and gemstones. During his time in the Himalayas, Khanna was introduced to a principle that would go on to define his life's work: when nature is altered, energy is altered.

After returning to Delhi 16 weeks later, he began questioning industry practices, often asking whether gemstones were heated. The response, he found, was almost always the same--most stones underwent treatment. This realization marked a turning point. On January 13, 1987, he established Khanna Gems with a clear and unwavering belief in offering only natural, non-treated gemstones.

Over time, this commitment began to resonate with customers. Trust grew steadily, with families returning and the brand refining its standards further. Khanna Gems introduced a strict policy ensuring that every gemstone is not only 100 per cent natural and government lab-certified, but also unused. According to the brand's philosophy, gemstones carry a history, and that history can influence their astrological significance.

As a result, the company maintains that its stones are never recycled, re-circulated, or previously worn. They are preserved in secure vaults and regularly energized through Vedic mantras, a practice aimed at maintaining what Pankaj Khanna considers their spiritual purity.

The mission was further strengthened by his wife, Anu Khanna, who introduced structured systems, certifications, and documentation to ensure consistency and accountability across all processes.

In later years, their son Aaradhya Khanna expanded the business globally while maintaining its core values. Emphasizing that growth without compromise is challenging, he focused on scaling operations without diluting the brand's principles.

Today, Khanna Gems offers a wide range of gemstones, from affordable options to rare pieces valued at tens of lakhs, across various shapes, sizes, and categories. Each gemstone adheres to the company's long-standing standards of being natural, untreated, certified, unused, preserved, and regularly energized.

With a legacy spanning four decades and two generations, Khanna Gems continues to position itself as a brand committed to authenticity in an industry often driven by enhancement.
