Chandigarh [India], February 5: Winni, one of India's leading online gifting platforms, today announced the launch of its Valentine's Day 2026 "Say It Without Saying" campaign, featuring over 5,000 personalisation options designed to help couples express emotions through customised gifts.

The expanded collection includes personalised photo cakes, engraved accessories, custom lamps, premium floral arrangements, and curated gift combinations tailored to different relationship milestones and celebration preferences.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities Drive Growth

Winni's platform data reveals a significant shift in gifting behaviour, with Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities recording nearly 20% higher demand during Valentine's week compared to the previous year. Cities including Patna, Chandigarh, Indore, Nagpur, Visakhapatnam, Jaipur, and Lucknow are emerging as key markets for personalised gifting, a trend previously concentrated in metro areas and Tier 1 cities.

Rising disposable incomes and aspirational spending among millennials and Gen Z consumers in non-metro markets are driving this growth, with order values in these cities showing notable increases.

Meanwhile, Tier 1 cities continue to show strong demand for premium offerings, including 100+ rose bouquets, designer cakes, and high-value gift combinations, highlighting distinct preferences across market segments.

Expanded Delivery Infrastructure

Winni's technology platform enables seamless customisation through an intuitive interface that provides real-time product previews, allowing customers to visualise personalised designs before purchase. The platform's backend infrastructure supports real-time inventory visibility across 700 cities, ensuring accurate availability information during high-demand periods.

To support anticipated demand for personalized gifts, Winni has expanded its delivery network to 700 cities nationwide, adding 200 new locations ahead of Valentine's Day. The platform offers Same Day and Midnight Delivery services, backed by real-time inventory tracking, secure payment systems, and order monitoring to ensure timely fulfilment during peak periods.

"Valentine's Day has emerged as a key occasion for personalized, emotion-led gifting in India, especially among young couples," said Sujeet Kumar Mishra, CEO, Winni. "There is a growing preference for customised flowers, designer cakes, and photo gifts, reinforcing personalised gifting as the defining trend of the season."

Industry projections estimate the global personalized gifting market will grow at a CAGR of 6-9%, driven by increasing consumer preference for distinctive, meaningful gift experiences over conventional alternatives.

The "Say It Without Saying" campaign runs through February 14, 2026.
