The shares will trade under the symbol MODINATUR. The Company is already listed on the BSE, and the NSE listing further strengthens its presence across India's leading stock exchanges, enhancing visibility, liquidity, and access to a wider investor base. Established in 1974 and headquartered in New Delhi, Modi Naturals Limited operates four manufacturing facilities in India located at Pilibhit, Sonipat, Hyderabad and Chhattisgarh.
