The selection trials for seniors as well as all age groups participated by the players recommended by 38 district Units are affiliated with BCA and this has been done with a view to spread the game in remote areas and to provide a platform for maximum players.

Speaking on the initiative BCA president Rakesh said, "We are excited to organize this domestic tournament, which will serve as a crucial stepping stone for our women cricketers. By providing competitive opportunities and thorough selection trials, we aim to build a strong pipeline of talent that will excel in the upcoming BCCI domestic season and beyond."
