BRICS Summit: Delhi Traffic Police issues advisory; check affected routes

The Traffic Police have advised commuters to plan their journeys in advance and allow extra travel time during the period.

In a post on X, Delhi Traffic Police said, In view of the BRICS Summit on September 12, 2026, traffic diversions and regulated movement will be implemented on key routes across Delhi from 09:30 hrs to 21:00 hrs. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) also announced that Metro train services will commence at 6 am on all lines on Sunday (September 13), to facilitate the smooth and timely movement of students appearing for examinations and the general public.
