Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday extended birthday greetings to Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav, praying for his long and healthy life.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the Prime Minister highlighted the efforts being made by Yadav toward boosting sustainability and conserving flora and fauna, noting that he is working tirelessly to combat the challenges of climate change. "Best wishes to Union Minister Shri Bhupender Yadav Ji on his birthday. He is undertaking significant efforts towards boosting sustainability, conserving flora and fauna. He is also tirelessly working to eliminate the menace of climate change. My best wishes for his long and healthy life," PM Modi wrote. Replying to the Prime Minister, Bhupender Yadav expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the warm wishes and thanked him for his constant support and guidance. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta also wished Bhupender Yadav on his birthday, sharing her greetings on X. "Heartfelt birthday greetings and best wishes to the Honorable Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Bhupender Yadav. Your efforts in the direction of conservation of environment, forests, and wildlife are continuously strengthening the resolve for nature conservation and sustainable development. Extending his wishes, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma commended Yadav for championing India's global climate action and advocating for environmental sustainability through Mission LiFE.
