According to Basoya, Harish left behind a suicide note, which stated the reason was "work pressure."

The protestors raised "Justice for Harish" slogans outside the court.

Members of the court staff and the BAR Association participated in the protest to show their support and ask for justice in the case.

"The entire BAR association is also with the court staff... We are here to demand justice for Harish," said Basoya.

Another protester expressed grief over the news and stated that he should recieve justice and that their issues should be heard. In addition, she emphasised that communication about workload should be encouraged in courts to prevent similar incidents in the future.

"We want justice for him and everyone's voice to be heard. They should personally come and talk to people about their problems, so that no colleague in future takes such a step," she said.
