Amidst the ongoing buzz of differences between the National Democratic Alliance following seat distribution, BJP MP Sanjay Jaiswal affirmed NDA's victory in the upcoming Bihar polls, stating that the alliance is "completely united".

The BJP MP stated that discussions regarding the remaining seats will take place on Tuesday night and emphasised the goal of winning 200 or more seats in the assembly polls.

"The NDA alliance is completely united, as evident from the way our seats have been announced. By tonight, a final decision will also be made regarding the remaining seats. I am fully confident that we will cross the 200-seat mark in this assembly election," he said.

Jaiswal also hailed the party's first list of candidates for the upcoming Bihar elections and affirmed of National Democratic Alliance's convincing victory.

Jaiswal stated that many prominent and new leaders will be contesting the elections in Bihar, which will bring fresh energy to the party.

"Our most prominent leaders are contesting the elections, and we have also given many new candidates a chance so that fresh energy can come into the BJP. I congratulate all the candidates, especially those who are contesting for the first time and from important seats," Sanjay Jaiswal told ANI.

This announcement follows the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) release on Tuesday of its first list of 71 candidates for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, as per an official party statement.

The polling for the 243-seat Assembly is scheduled to be held on November 6 and November 11, with counting set for November 14.

The Central Election Committee approved Mangal Pandey for Siwan, Tarkishore Prasad for Katihar, Ramkripal Yadav for Danapur, Nitin Nabin for Bankipur, Renu Devi for Bettiah, Prem Kumar for Gaya Town, Shreyasi Singh for Jamui, Vijay Kumar Sinha, Deputy Chief Minister, for Lakhisarai, and Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary for Tarapur for the Bihar Assembly elections among others.

Earlier on Sunday, the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) announced its seat-sharing arrangement for the upcoming Bihar elections, with the BJP and JDU to contest on 101 seats each, the LJP (Ram Vilas) on 29 seats, the Rashtriya Lok Morcha on six seats, and the Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) on six seats.
