Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, has appealed to the public to remain alert against conspiracies that aim to create divisions among people.

He said that at a time when the state is moving forward with development, welfare, and good governance, a few forces have started attempts to sow discord.

He warned that through social media platforms, YouTube channels, or other means, attempts are being made to provoke clashes between castes and religions. "For the last decade, we have been witnessing how such individuals with malicious intent create unrest and insecurity in society. People should not fall into their trap, get carried away by emotions, or give way to conflicts. If that happens, it will only serve the very purpose of the conspirators," Pawan Kalyan stated.

Referring to the recent incidents in Machilipatnam, Pawan Kalyan said, "One individual used objectionable language on a YouTube channel. It is clear that he was deliberately made to speak in such a manner and that it was spread with a malicious agenda. We must recognise this conspiracy. Legal action should be taken against such acts. Instead of reacting in anger and escalating matters into conflicts, we must allow the law to take its course. Otherwise, the situation will only become more complicated, and leaders who thrive on provocation will come to the forefront."

He further added, "Everyone must be brought before the law. Those who behave in ways that create divisions among castes and religions must face legal consequences. Complaints should be filed to ensure action is taken. I am advising Janasena leaders, cadres, and coalition leaders to move forward in this direction. Whether they are on social media, YouTube channels, or disguised as analysts, those who provoke and use objectionable language must be dealt with under the Indian Penal Code. Even those who are working in the background, systematically conspiring and instigating, must be identified and cases filed against them."

Pawan Kalyan also revealed that he had ordered an internal inquiry into the Machilipatnam incident. Notices have been issued to those involved, and they have been asked to provide explanations.

"People must remain vigilant about the malicious nature of such parties and leaders who thrive on conspiracies. Their false propaganda should be countered democratically and strictly in accordance with the law," the Deputy CM concluded. (ANI)
