"Khauf paida ho gaya": Amit Shah applauds India's befitting reply to Pakistan under PM Modi's leadership

"Earlier, we only kept sending dossiers, but under the leadership of Narendra Modi, we have given a befitting reply to Pakistan with an airstrike and surgical strike. Khauf paida ho gaya hain..." Shah said while addressing the Rajya Sabha session.

Mocking Congress, Shah stated that the party had no right to question the Bharatiya Janata Party about terrorism, blaming Congress's votebank and appeasement politics as the reason for the spread of terrorism in the country.

"Congress has no right to ask the BJP questions about terrorism. The only reason terrorism spread in the country was because of Congress's votebank and appeasement politics," Shah stated.

Taking a jibe at senior Congress leader Prithviraj Chavan, Shah stated the Congress saw everything from the angle of Hindu-Muslim, further stating that they did not understand that the 'Har Har Mahadev' slogan was not just a religious slogan.

"Prithviraj Chavan has said that the government knows nothing except naming operations on the basis of religion. But the Congress doesn't understand that 'Har Har Mahadev' is not just a religious slogan...They see everything from the angle of Hindu-Muslim..." Shah further stated.

Shah also stated that the entire country had witnessed on how the priority of the Congress party was not national security and ending terrorism, but vote banks and appeasement politics.

"Yesterday, you (Congress) kept asking why the Pahalgam terrorists were killed? I ask why should they have not been killed? Because Rahul Gandhi was supposed to deliver his speech? It does not work like this. The entire country today has seen that the priority of the Congress party is not national security and ending terrorism but it is politics, vote bank and their appeasement politics...."
