BJP MLA Ram Kadam on Wednesday endorsed the recent praise by Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray and NCP (SP) leader Sharad Pawar for Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

Commenting on their remarks, Kadam stated, "Whatever Sharad Pawar and Uddhav Thackeray have said about the CM is absolutely correct. As a hard worker, CM Fadnavis meets every person till 3 o'clock in the night and tries to solve their problems."

"We need to understand that our political parties are different. Ours is a battle of ideas, not personal enmity," he added.

On the Chief Minister's birthday, Uddhav Thackeray shared his views about him in a coffee table book titled "Maharashtra Nayak."

This coffee table book was released by the Governor of Maharashtra on the occasion of the birthday of Maharashtra's Chief Minister, Devendra Fadnavis.

In his article about Devendra Fadnavis, Uddhav Thackeray has written many positive things about him, such as that Fadnavis is a wise and credible leader who works with people's interests in mind. Thackeray has also stated that CM Fadanvis has a good understanding of the people's problems and is keen to solve them. Thackeray has also stated that in the coming days, Devendra Fadnavis will assume a more prominent role in national politics.

In the same book, Sharad Pawar has also appreciated Devendra Fadnavis, stating that he has secured the CM post of Maharashtra for the third time because he is very focused and dedicated to whatever he does. Sharad Pawar also said that whenever he sees Devendra Fadnavis, he is reminded of his early days of 1978, when he (Pawar) became CM of Maharashtra for the first time.

CM Devendra Fadnavis has also responded to the comments about him in the above-mentioned coffee table book, addressing questions from reporters in Nagpur.

"Uddhav Thackeray and myself, we are ideological opponents, but not enemies of each other," he said.

He further said, "Sharad Pawar is a senior leader and whatever he says about me is a very valuable comment for me." (ANI)
