Congress MLA Adluri Laxman Kumar from Dharmapuri Assembly constituency was sworn in as a cabinet minister in Telangana on Sunday.

Congress gave me a ticket from the Dharmapuri Assembly constituency and helped me win. Today, Congress gave me an opportunity as a cabinet minister. Congress is a party of the poor, and it is the only party that stands with the poor. In my entire lifetime, I will be thankful to the top leadership of Congress."
