Bharatiya Janata Party MP, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, a member of all-party delegation said on Saturday that world has seen that India as suffered due to Pakistan sponsored terrorism and befitting reply given by India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi under the operation Sindoor.

"India is still fighting terrorism, and after the terror attack (In Pahalgam), the world has seen that India has suffered because of Pakistan-sponsored terrorism. The world has also seen the befitting reply given by India under the leadership of PM Modi. We will be taking this message that Pakistan is a terrorist country, and it shelters terrorists and to unite other countries against terrorism," Rudy told reporters in Delhi.

"We are standing against terrorism and we have a voice against the power which is weakening India and the terrorists in the world which is weakening the whole world. In the team there is Anurag (Thakur), Supriya (Sule), Anand Sharma, it's a big team. Our journey is from Qatar, then South Africa, then Ethiopia and then Egypt," he said.

Rudy is part of the delegation which is being led by NCP-SCP leader Supriya Sule, and is set to go to South Africa, Egypt, Ethiopia, and Qatar. Earlier today, the group arrived at Delhi airport to leave for Doha, Qatar.

While at the airport, Sule, highlighted that their "mission" to tell the truth about the Pahalgam terrorist attack will be starting soon as they leave for Doha.

"Many people have gone ahead and tomorrow our mission will start and we will present to the country with all the might the truth of what India really is and the terrorist attack against India. We will first have a meeting in Doha tomorrow morning, then we will go to South Africa, then we will go to Ethiopia and then we will go to Cairo (Egypt) and come back," Sule told reporters.

The multi-party delegation, consisting of seven groups led by one MP each, has been initiated to counter global misinformation and highlight India's zero-tolerance policy on terrorism.

The delegation aims to brief international partners on India's response to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack and its broader fight against cross-border terrorism while engaging with leaders from various countries. (ANI)
