Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday extended Holi greetings to all, urging people to protect the environment, maintain cleanliness, use natural colours, and conserve water during the celebrations.

This festival of joy gives the message of unity, love and harmony. This festival is also a symbol of India's precious cultural heritage.
