Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh on Friday hit back at RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav's statement on law and order conditions in Bihar and said that the law was doing it's work in Bihar.

Speaking to ANI, Singh said "Law is doing it's work in Bihar. If anything happens, then the law will take it's course and the police do it's work. When there was a rule of Tejashwi's parents in Bihar there was 'jungle raj'... the public of Bihar is not going to trust them again.."

This comes after Tejashwi Yadav said that the criminals in the Mokama firing incident were being shielded by the government.

"Nothing is going to come out of it. They are all shielded by the government. Government will try to get the shields dropped so this matter will also disappear in a few days..This is going to become normal. Nobody cares. The people in the government will protect them and the police has no power..." Yadav said while speaking to ANI.

On January 23, former MLA Anant Singh had alleged that one of his people had got injured in the neck after the two people opened fire at his group.

The former MLA identified the alleged accused involved in the firing incident as Sonu and Monu and called them "kidnappers and thieves."

The Union Minister also questioned AAP's national convenor Arvind Kejriwal's statement on prioritizing employment to the youths and eliminating unemployment.

"Arvind Kejriwal is working to end his unemployment only. He is trying to keep his employment only. What has he done in the past 10 years?? He has only showed a fake reality to the people of Delhi..He has only worked for himself..." the Union Minister said.

This comes after Kejriwal said "In the next 5 years, my priority will be to provide as much employment as possible. Our team is already working on the planning, and I hope that within 5 years, we will eliminate unemployment in Delhi.."

He said that in the last 10 years, his government has made every effort to resolve the problems faced by common people in their lives.

"We have worked extensively in areas such as education, healthcare, electricity, water, roads, etc. However, it saddens me that our children, despite being educated, are sitting at home looking for jobs. Often, these children fall into bad company and get involved in crime, from which it becomes difficult to bring them back," he stated. (ANI)
