"Today, on this holy day of Rakhi, like every year, sisters have come here to tie Rakhis. It is our responsibility to care for our sisters and ensure their well-being. "While some sporadic incidents occur, we take stringent action whenever they happen. If our sisters are happy, it benefits us all.
