Haryana CM meets PM Modi, discusses state's developmental projects

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday in the national capital.

After meeting with the Prime Minister, CM Saini spoke to media and mentioned that during his meeting with PM, he discussed the developmental projects that are underway, adding that PM Modi also inquired about the work to be done shortly.

During the interaction, the Prime Minister asked about the Centre's scheme for the poor, and whether the benefits were reaching to the people or not, he said.

While speaking to media, CM Saini also exuded confidence in the BJP' victory in the upcoming Assembly polls and said that his party will form the government in Haryana with a huge majority.

"In the coming time, there will be Assembly elections in Haryana. We will form the government in Haryana with a huge majority for the third time under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi," CM said.

He added that after securing victory in the polls, the government will accelerate progress in the state and reiterated PM's vision of 'Viksit Bharat' and the speed at which the country is moving forward under PM Modi's leadership.

Saini emphasised that Haryana is willing to make major contributions in realising Viksit Bharat vision.

Speaking further about the state elections, and linking the discussion in the meeting, CM Nayab Singh Saini highlighted that the state has made big developmental changes in the past ten years.

Under PM Modi, all districts in Haryana are getting connected through four-lane roads, he said. (ANI)
