Ahead of the exit polls, Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala expressed confidence that the INDIA bloc would come to power, as people wanted a change.

"I feel that INDIA bloc will come to power because the people of India want a change. Wherever we went, we felt that people wanted a change and would vote in this election to dislodge the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, "Chennithala told ANI.

On being asked about the Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister saying that black magic has been done to him, Chennithala said, "He said that black magic has been done to him and Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, which is the information given to him by somebody. The state government should enquire about it".

DK Shivakumar on Thursday said that Kerala tantriks were being used to carry out black magic against him and CM Siddaramaiah to destabilise the Congress government in the state.

The seventh and final phase of polling in the largest festival of democracy started on Saturday at 7 am in the last 57 parliamentary constituencies across seven states and the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
