As Delhi gears up for the sixth phase of Lok Sabha elections on May 25, Union Minister General VK Singh exuded confidence that PM Modi's government will come to power for the third time in the ongoing elections.

Speaking to ANI, General VK Singh said, "We have to give a message to the people of Delhi that PM Modi's government will come to power for the third time and the Sikhs are also standing in support of him."

When asked about being criticised by the opposition over BJP's slogan, 'Abki baar, 400 paar', Singh said, "Everybody has a different mindset. For some, it is negative but we think positively. We will win."

Meanwhile, Delhi BJP President Virendraa Sachdeva and Union Minister General VK Singh flagged off a bike rally in support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national capital.

Virendraa Sachdeva, while speaking to ANI, said, "There is only one message in the whole country and Delhi that every section of society is with Prime Minister Modi. The way development has taken place in the last 10 years, everyone has only one mantra--'Modi government once again'..."

The rally organised by the Sikh community was led by party leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa.

"The youth have taken out a bike rally to show support of the Sikh community for PM Narendra Modi (for Delhi Lok Sabha seats). He has made untiring efforts to strengthen our community, be it taking action against the 1984 riots accused, making the Kartarpur Sahib corridor, celebrating Veer Bal Diwas to remember the sacrifice of the four sons of Guru Gobind Singh, or rescuing the Sikh community from Afghanistan...," Sirsa told ANI amid the rally.

All seven Lok Sabha seats in Delhi will vote on May 25. The Aam Admi Party and Congress are jointly fighting the elections. As per the arrangement, AAP will be contesting 4 seats and Congress on 3.

The counting of votes will be held on June 4. (ANI)
