Earlier on April 27, the Border Security Force (BSF) handed over a Pakistani national who had inadvertently crossed the International Boundary (IB) in Punjab's Fazilka, to the Pakistan Rangers, the BSF said in a release.

According to the release, on April 27, BSF troops apprehended the individual near the border fence in Punjab's Fazilka district.

Upon questioning, it was revealed by the individual that he was unaware of the alignment of the IB and had unintentionally crossed into Indian territory. Nothing objectionable was found in his possession during the search.
