Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said that the day Congress comes to power, there be joy in the life of "Pakistani opportunists" once again.

"There used to be cross-border firing but our soldiers had to wait for Delhi (order) for retaliatory firing. Soldiers used to lose their lives in action but Delhi didn't give permission for action. Congress used to look at Pakistani opportunists, decisions for the country were made on the basis of their signal. That ecosystem is looking for opportunities today- that the day Congress comes to power and there be joy in their life once again. But will the country let such a day come again?" PM Modi asked.

His remarks comes days after former Pakistani minister Fawad Chaudhary praised the Wayanad MP in an X post. In an X post, tagging a video in which the Wayanad MP can be heard delivering a speech, Fawad said, "Rahul on fire."

PM Modi claimed that Congress-Pakistan relations were exposed after Fawad praised the Congress leader speech targetting the BJP on social media.

PM Modi said that there is just one sentiment in his heart - My India, My family adding that with this sentiment he had made several resolutions 24/7 for 2047.

He further said that Congress is "restless" adding that they are spreading "fake propaganda" with the help of Artificial Intelligence.

"You can see their restlessness on social media. They are using all their strength to spread fake propaganda. Their own faces are not working, so they are using Modi's face to spread lies through Artificial Intelligence. Dukaan mohabat ki kholte hai pr maal farzi bechte hai' (They open shops of love and sell fake goods)," he added.

He further gave an open challenge to Congress and Shehzada (Rahul Gandhi) of the party and accused the Congress of having a "hidden agenda."

"Congress says that they will reinstate Article 370 - the one that I scrapped in J-K. Those who are dancing today with the Constitution on their heads had ruled the country from Panchayat to Parliament. They had their governments in Kashmir too. But they could never implement the country's Constitution everywhere. Before Modi came to power, the country had two Constitutions - the country functioned through one, and Kashmir functioned through the other. Was this not an insult to Babasaheb Ambedkar? An insult to the Constitution?... Had Sardar Patel been there, the Constitution of the country would have been implemented in J-K too. The son of this soil - this sevak - completed what was left incomplete. 370 gayi, 370 ko zameen mein gaad chuka hoon (I have buried Article 370). I challenge the 'shahi parivar' and 'shehzada' of Congress - step before the country and say that you will reinstate Article 370. Let me see your guts to insult Babasaheb Ambedkar," the PM said.

The Prime Minister further mentioned the Congress' second agenda, CAA and said that they would not be able to reinstate Article 370 nor scrap CAA.

"The second agenda of Congress is CAA. Those who live in our neighbouring countries, who have just one fault - that they follow Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Zoroastrianism. So, atrocities are unleashed on them there. They are pushed out of there. They have just one refuge - Maa Bharati ki godh. Where will they go? I formed the Citizenship Act for them, but they (Congress) say that they will scrap that too. I challenge Congress - you will neither be able to reinstate Article 370 nor scrap CAA," he said.

Mentioning the issue of Katchatheevu, PM Modi said that the people of Congress have inherited the mindset of partition as heritage.

"A Congress MP is demanding a separate south India. You have divided the country so much, how much more will you divide? Your politics has stooped so low. INDI alliance's partner parties speak of partitions. People of Congress have inherited the mindset of partition as heritage. It is the Congress that accepted partition of the country, for power. Congress handed over an entire island near Tamil Nadu - Katchatheevu - to a neighbour just like that 30 years after independence. They gave it away like their personal property...Congress leaders had given statements that there is nothing on that island and it is uninhabited so let them take it away...Had there not been Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, they would not have cared about the pride of Gujarat and my Junagadh would have gone to Pakistan," he asserted.

Attacking the Congress for their manifesto, the Prime Minister said that the party (Congress) manifesto is written in the language of the Muslim League.

"The country didn't know a number of islands India has, I got a satellite survey done and found out the exact number. The election of 2024 is not for Modi's ambition but for Modi's mission," he said.

He further said that no one will touch the reservation meant for SCs, STs, OBCs and the poor.

"I have given the guarantee that no one will touch the reservation meant for SCs, STs, OBCs and the poor. As long as I am alive I will not let religion-based reservation be implemented," he said.

He further affirmed that the Lok Sabha elections are not ordinary elections these elections are important not only for the country but also for the world to have a "stable and strong government in India."

Voting for 25 out of 26 seats in Gujarat will take place in the third phase of the ongoing general elections on May 7.

Voting will not take place in Surat as Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Mukesh Dalal was declared elected unopposed last week after Congress' Nilesh Kumbhani's nomination was rejected while other candidates withdrew from the contest. The results will be announced on June 4. (ANI)
