Passengers sing Ram bhajan onboard flight from Delhi to Ayodhya

Ahead of the grand Pran Pratishtha ceremony at Ayodhya's Ram Temple on January 22, the passengers onboard a flight from Delhi to Ayodhya on Sunday were heard singing Ram bhajan.

An IndiGo flight that departed from Delhi to Ayodhya at around noon witnessed scenes of devotion filling the air with passengers singing and dancing to the tune of Ram bhajans.

The 'Pran Pratishtha' of Shri Ram Lalla at Ayodhya's temple will take place on Monday, January 22.

Thousands of devotees from across the country are expected to participate in the grand occasion in the holy city of Ayodhya.

The momentous day will witness the participation of dignitaries and people from all walks of life.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will preside over the event, thousands including politicians, saints, and celebrities, have been invited to the ceremony.

The temple trust has also invited around 4,000 saints of all sects for the ceremony.

The ceremonial journey leading up to the Pran Pratishtha commenced on January 16, 2024, Tuesday.

Earlier, on Thursday, January 18, the idol of Shri Ram Lalla, carved by renowned Mysuru sculptor Arun Yogiraj, was placed inside the sanctum sanctorum of the temple.

Covered with a veil, the first photo of the idol was revealed during the placement ceremony in the sanctum sanctorum on Thursday. (ANI)
