Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that the 'Deepotsav', organised by the Uttar Pradesh government in Ayodhya is "amazing, divine and unforgettable".
In a post on X, the Prime Minister also shared some pictures from the celebrations. PM Modi on Sunday met President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan on the occasion of Diwali. The Prime Minister also met Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and wished him happy diwali. Diwali is observed on Amavasya (or the new moon), the 15th day of the month of Kartik, every year. This year, Diwali will be celebrated on November 12. (ANI)
