Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party MP Margani Bharat hit out at Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Chief Revanth Reddy and claimed that Reddy is the product of the TDP, adding that he is indirectly supporting the Congress party in Telangana.

"TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu is not contesting in Telangana. Revanth Reddy is the product of TDP. He is indirectly supporting the Congress party. Here he has forged the people of Andhra Pradesh and he is asking Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan to contest with BJP in Telangana and make a pact with TDP in Andhra Pradesh. These kinds of politics people should not be entertained," MP Bharat alleged.

The YSRCP leader said that the alliances in Telangana and Andhra are confusing and shocking.

"In Telangana, there is a triangle contest between the BJP, BRS and the Congress party. Pawan Kalyan is already there with the NDA and now BJP and Janasena are contesting in Telangana together. But when it comes to Andhra Pradesh, the TDP is not aligned with the NDA government. Janasena is playing double roles," Bharat said.

"Pawan Kalyan has a pact with the BJP in Telangana and the TDP in Andhra Pradesh. What kind of alliance is this? It is confusing and shocking for the people of both states," he added.

The YSRCP further said that one must have a clear vision of what they want to do for the public. The goal of any party should be to serve the people of the state and nation.

Telangana will go to assembly elections on November 30 and the counting of votes, along with those of four other poll-bound states, has been scheduled for December 3.

The state is set to witness a triangular contest among the BJP, BRS, and Congress. In the previous Assembly election in 2018, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), previously known as Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), won 88 of the 119 seats, hogging 47.4 per cent of the total vote share. The Congress came in a distant second with just 19 seats. (ANI)
