Himachal Pradesh: JP Nadda interacts with faculty during visit to AIIMS, Bilaspur

BJP President JP Nadda on Monday visited the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bilaspur and interacted with faculty at the institute.

"BJP National President JP Nadda Ji visited AIIMS Bilaspur in Himachal Pradesh today and interacted with the faculty members and staff there," the office of JP Nadda posted on X.

Earlier on Sunday, the BJP chief was in attendance at the ICC Cricket World Cup match between India and New Zealand at Dharamshala.

JP Nadda on Monday also expressed grief on the passing away of legendary spinner Bishan Singh Bedi and said that the late cricketer's illustrious career was marked by "sheer brilliance and commitment to the progress of Indian cricket.

"Deeply saddened by the passing away of the former captain of the Indian cricket team and legendary spinner Bishan Singh Bedi Ji. Bedi Ji's illustrious career was marked by sheer brilliance and commitment to the progress of Indian cricket," Nadda posted on X.

The BJP Chief further said that the former cricketer will be remembered beyond his cricketing talent as an athlete with profound sportsmanship and leadership skills. (ANI)
