Telugu Desam Party general secretary Nara Lokesh expressed confidence in forming a government in Andhra Pradesh on Saturday and said that the TDP and Janasena Party will jointly win 160 out of 175 seats.

Expressing confidence in winning 160 seats in the assembly election, he said, "TDP and Janasena Party will jointly win 160 out of 175 seats. The two parties have come together to end the anarchy of the Jagan government. "

He was speaking at the TDP statewide meeting in Mangalagiri.

Attacking Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, he said, "Pschyo Jagan doesn't care even though we are losing the rights to Krishna river water. He (CM Jagan) started faction politics the day after taking charge as CM. "

Nara Lokesh said, " Jagan Mohan Reddy asked for one chance and won the last election. But he started faction politics in Telangana. Everybody thought he would bring special status to the state, but he failed to bring special status projects and developments that were seen in the state for the last four years."

Lauding Chandrababu Naidu, Nara Lokesh said, "Chandra Babu Naidu had built his character to be a role model. He is an incorrupt politician. Today, after his return, a lot of people are coming out and expressing their solidarity, not only in this state but also in other countries."

Nara Lokesh said that false cases were registered with our party leaders.

He said, "A lot of false cases were registered with our party leaders. Before 2019, no cases were registered with me. But today they have filed 22 false cases against me. Dictatorship is going on in the state."

"In the Telugu Desam Party regime, a lot of employment was generated, and 72 % of the Polvaram project was completed. Is that the reason Chandra Babu was arrested? I'm questioning you, Jagan. A lot of welfare schemes were implemented for the welfare of economically weaker sections." he added.

"Everything is transparent in the Telugu Desam Party. We have shown and announced our party funds. CID is serving notices to our auditors and searching our party bank accounts." he said (ANI).
