One injured in Delhi's Red Fort ground during Ramlila

One person sustained injuries after electrical equipment used for decoration broke fell near the stage during a Ramlila program held at Red Fort ground on Monday night in the national capital, officials said.

According to officials, the injured person is associated with the Ramlila Committee.Further details are awaited.

Ramlila is a dramatic folk re-enactment of the life of Lord Rama according to the Hindu epic Ramayana. Ramlila is performed at various places on the occasion of Dussehra and ends on the tenth day of the festival with the Raavan Dahan. (ANI)
