Taking cognisance of the inhuman treatment of children in an illegal madrasa, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Monday directed ACS Home to immediately get the verification done in all the madrassas running in the state and take immediate action against the culprits.
According to an official statement, the Chief Minister took immediate action against the inhuman treatment of children in an illegal madrasa in Veerbhatti, located near Jeolikot in Nainital. On this serious issue, he directed ACS Home to immediately get verification done in all the madrassas running in the state in all the districts, and wherever any unethical work is taking place, immediate legal action should be taken there. The Home Department has issued instructions to all the District Magistrates on this subject. (ANI)
