Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday congratulated residents, Safai Mitras and Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) for making Srinagar city to the top 50 cleanest cities in India under Swachh Survekshan 2021 Awards.
