Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh sparked a major fan frenzy on his visit to Mumbais iconic Lalbaugcha Raja pandal during the ongoing Ganesh Chaturthi festivities.

Dressed in a traditional white kurta-pyjama and accompanied by heavy security, the actor arrived to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha.

A massive crowd of devotees and fans gathered around the pandal to catch a glimpse of Ranveer.

The actor was seen shaking hands with young admirers, clicking selfies and waving to the crowd from his car as he left.

Lalbaugcha Raja attracts thousands of devotees every year during the festival, with people lining up to seek darshan and offer prayers to Lord Ganesha.

Ranveer Singh's visit comes during a celebratory phase in Ranveers personal and professional life.

His film 'Dhurandhar: The Revenge' recorded a colossal box office success earlier this year, while Ranveer and his wife, actor Deepika Padukone, have announced that they are expecting their second child.

The couple recently shared a series of intimate black-and-white photographs ahead of the arrival of their baby.

The pictures were released on the occasion of their daughter Duas second birthday and offered a rare glimpse of the family, as the couple has generally kept their daughter away from the public spotlight.

In one photograph, Ranveer is seen lovingly holding Padukones baby bump as the couple smile with their foreheads touching.

Padukone wears a fitted lace ensemble, while Ranveer is dressed in a white shirt and trousers. Another photograph shows Dua standing between her parents, playfully hiding her face as they crouch beside her.

Sharing the photographs on Instagram on Tuesday, the couple wrote, "Baby Dua and our hearts are getting bigger! Thank you for your blessings!"

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone welcomed their first child, Dua, on September 8, 2024.

The couple married on November 14, 2018, at Lake Como in Italy after dating for six years.

The two actors first met on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansalis romantic drama 'Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela'. They subsequently appeared together in 'Bajirao Mastani' and 'Padmaavat', becoming one of Bollywoods prominent on-screen and off-screen couples.

Padukone has continued with her professional commitments while preparing to welcome her second child.

She will next be seen in Siddharth Anands 'King', which stars Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan.

She is also part of Atlees sci-fi action film 'Raaka', headlined by Allu Arjun, and has continued shooting portions of the film during her pregnancy. (ANI)
