Filmmaker and author Tahira Kashyap Khurrana made her debut live performance at the Spoken Festival of 2024.
Taking to Instagram, Tahira shared a video and penned a note. The note read, "Beautiful energies. Met with these amazing, happy artistic lot of souls! Could feel there was an artist in everyone. Some wrote, others spoke, few were closeted writers and all had aspirations to work towards their dreams. It was a young and vibrant lot. Youth like someone said is not based on age and numbers but your will and courage to learn and evolve . The idea behind this small piece was to emphasize the importance of being kinder and forgiving to ourselves. Amidst the various roles we play daily, let's not allow guilt to overwhelm us." Meanwhile, Tahira's directorial debut 'Sharmajee ki Beti,' recently was unveiled at the Jio Mami Film Festival. 'Sharmajee ki Beti' is a heartwarming story that beautifully weaves together the complexities of family, identity, and relationships with women at the centre stage.
