American singer Taylor Swift and American football tight end Travis Kelce dined out in Missouri on Monday night, one day after she saw the Kansas City Chiefs play the Los Angeles Chargers at Arrowhead Stadium, People reported.
The pair arrived at the restaurant in the Rolls Royce of the NFL star. They were observed heading out hand in hand after dinner, and he opened the car door for her. Travis' father, Ed Kelce, told People after the game on Sunday that the 'Karma' singer is a really sweet, very charming, down-to-earth young woman. "I'll tell you something very special that I noticed about Taylor the first time I met her," Ed shared. "We're sitting in the suite, she gets up and in the front room, she gets up to go get a drink or something and she starts picking up empty bottles, cans, and plates that are scattered around. Because in the suites everybody gets stuff and you empty it down wherever you can." Ed continued, "And I'm just thinking, I don't think she got the diva memo. She didn't get the spoiled musician. She doesn't know how to pull that off. And that really to me said a whole lot." Earlier, during an episode of his New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, Travis opened up about his incredible weekend, which featured their fantastic cameos on Saturday Night Live. "It was electric to be back in that place. There is just something about being in that room. And being their first episode this season, I had such a freaking blast man," he said. A source told People, "Taylor and Travis were there all night and they were so smiley, they were so happy," while at the afterparty on Saturday. "They were so talkative. They were really fun. They talked to every single person in the room that talked to them." They also went to dinner the next night at the Waverly Inn in New York City. According to People, Swift and Travis are attempting to date despite their hectic schedules. The insider said, "There's not some looming date like, 'Oh, she's going back on tour' and 'his football schedule is getting crazy.' They'll figure it out. He's said it himself, he knows what he signed up for with this attention, but they've spent time under the radar too. They're giving things a real try." (ANI)
