New Delhi [India], August 8: Fascinate Textiles Limited is a primarily B2B readymade garment manufacturer based in Barasat, West Bengal, catering to menswear, womenswear and childrenswear segments. The Company is entering the capital markets with a public offer of up to 42,93,600 Equity Shares, aggregating to 66.98 Crores at the upper end of the price band of 148-156 per Equity Share, each having a face value of 10.
