New Delhi [India], February 27: The newly released Holi track Tera Yaar Aayega has been receiving a warm and positive response from the audience. From colourful visuals to an energetic vibe, the song has quickly found its space among festive playlists. Released on the YouTube channel of Talk Timee TV, the track features Rishabh Jaiswal and Sana Khan and marks the first production venture of Medhavi Pictures.

Talking about the vision behind the song, Medhavi Pictures shared that the idea was simple and close to the heart. "Holi is literally our favourite festival. Like I can say that we can play Holi at any age, on any banger, because we love Holi that much. That was the main motive to come up with a Holi song as our first song, first release, as our first production," they said.

They made it clear that the intention was not to create something complicated or niche. "So, Medhavi is always going to target festive songs and songs that common people will relate to; they'll dance on it. So, basically, that was the vision." The focus was more on celebration and relatability rather than trying to fit into a particular category, like romantic or party anthem. The idea was to create something upbeat that people could actually enjoy during Holi.

Holi songs are always competitive during the festive season, with multiple releases happening around the same time. When asked what makes Tera Yaar Aaega stand out, Medhavi Pictures answered honestly, "Holi songs are competitive, no doubt, during the festive season. But, kya maza hai na bina competition ke market mei utro toh. So, this was the thought behind it that we want to come with a banger, and Holi is the best thing."

The team added, "So, we didn't think about competition and everything. We just went with our heart that we want to make something on Holi, something very good and upbeat." For them, the goal was clear -- make a song that feels festive and real.

Speaking about casting Rishabh Jaiswal and Sana Khan, the makers hinted that the choice was based on suitability for the vibe and energy the song demanded. The pair brings freshness and chemistry to the screen, which adds to the song's charm.

Rishabh Jaiswal shared what made him say yes to the project. "In the beginning, when I heard that it's going to be a Holi song. You know, the whole setup, the whole vibe, especially the song. The first thing that I heard was the song, and I instantly fell in love with it because it is written very beautifully." He further said, "After hearing it, I actually felt that it is a Holi song and I should definitely be a part of it. After knowing about the whole production process and how exactly they're planning to shoot it. I got really excited." For him, the vibe was enough to sign on.

Sana Khan also opened up about her excitement. "What excited me the most was finally getting to experience Holi the way I always wanted. I genuinely love this song," she said. She added that since Holi often falls during Ramadan, she hasn't always been able to celebrate it freely. "During the shoot, I played Holi with full masti, and the joy you see on screen is completely real."

With festive colours, catchy beats and honest intentions, Tera Yaar Aayega seems to have struck the right chord this Holi season.
