The engagement is solution-led and designed to address key market challenges such as fragmented deployments, limited service coverage, and difficulties in scaling drone operations across multiple geographies. A strong emphasis will be placed on strengthening service readiness, including spare parts availability, trained service personnel, faster turnaround times, and higher fleet uptime--critical for enterprise-scale operations.
