"We are always inspired by what India has done and has achieved as far as digital public infrastructure is concerned. We continue to learn and also develop our technical capabilities from India. The impact of digital public infrastructure and what India is teaching us as a world, especially me in Malawi, is the fact that that we are leveraging of the bridge technology from India, the technical capabilities from India for us also to develop our own digital public infrastructure, not only develop but also continue to build upon it", she said.

She asserted that they have also implemented the foundational infrastructure for National Identity DPI, and we are working with India under CDPI to help us achieve milestones on the trusted data exchange for the different government ministries, departments, and agencies.

"We have also implemented the foundational infrastructure for National Identity DPI, and we are working with India under CDPI to help us also achieve milestones on the trusted data exchange for the different government ministries, departments, as well as agencies", she further said.

Meanwhile, India has developed some world-class DPIs--UPI, Aadhaar, ONDC, and Digi Locker. Most of these DPIs are open, secure, and interoperable.India has signed MoUs with several countries for cooperation in the field of sharing digital public infrastructure so far.

Among other things, the Indian government has placed a key emphasis on ensuring that the benefits of Indian DPIs are not limited to India only; other countries, too, benefit from them. (ANI)
